Usually called the doctor. Or the caretaker.

I've never seen a list like this that hasn't made me want to run away screaming. As you repeatedly point out, nobody putting together advice like this seems to understand how people actually live or what might be valuable to them. This one seems to almost fetishize "space," as if space were anything other than something you want to be using for your own purposes.

I always want to show people like this our house and hope they faint.
