Usually called the doctor. Or the caretaker.

I made a dinner that Ranj says exuded a beatific light. :) Apparently the pasta sauce was the Best Evar.


1 pound ground beef, frizzled in
a generous shaking of worcestershire sauce
black pepper
minced garlic
Italian spices

Then add
2 cans tomato sauce
more garlic
more Italian spices
the tips of three sprigs of thyme
one sage leaf (from the sage by the sidewalk, not the one by the rose)
the tip of one sprig of oregano

Simmer until you cannot bear it anymore, then serve over pasta.


I also made a nice bread.
