I took a linguistics class at Wells--it was enlightening. We had four different pronunciations of the word "elementary" in 12 people.

I not only don't sound like where I'm from, if you find someone from central PA to talk to me for fifteen minutes I will sound like I spent my entire life in Lewisburg. ;-)

I have neither been aggressive nor offensive to you and yet you seem to be under the impression you can be offensive as you like, which only implies some sort of underlying psychological issues.

By the way, you are being very ableist. I am not an alcoholic, although you might have made the mistake honestly, as I am sure people around you often drink heavily, particularly when you open your mouth. Also, my sweetie has to take Ritalin and it's not actually particularly amusing, and is rather ableist and insulting, of you to make rude comments implying that Ritalin would "cure" me.

You:
1) Come into the journal of someone whose name you've collected off the Natural Living community
2) Because she commented on a post you made to someone else about a spelling error
3) And you assume that because she corrected someone's spelling, this is code for "OMG I LOVE YOUR PRODUCT"
4) So you decide to ask her to vote for you, which is quite spam-my since you don't know her
5) Get bitchy when called out on your faux pas
6) Highlight your inability to read English and/or comprehend, given that said spelling lesson is apparently considered a product endorsement somewhere in your head
7) Suggest that

noveldevice need ritalin because she dared point out your inability to read and your general cluelessness
8) Then decided that because dealing with you is enough to drive someone to drink,

noveldevice must be an alcoholic
9) And you have a problem with someone behaving however the hell they want to people commenting in their personal journals. Commenting, I should note, on a post not at all related to the request - which would be hard, because you're spamming strangers to vote for you.

So, in summary, you can't read, you're rude, and you're ableist - and you think
